One night in prayer, I could feel the need to pray to experience what makes the Lord's heart hurt. In turn, it made my heart hurt. Days later He brought a message of need from a small village in Guatemala. My heart broke when I saw and heard about the starving children and poor living conditions. I heard the Lord say, "What looks impossible, is possible with me. Give me your 5 loaves and 2 fish." 

With limited resources, most children will only eat about once a week. Their water supply is poor, reliant on rainy weather, and most of the time they are bathing and drinking muddy water from holes in the ground that they have made on their own. The average household has 5-7 children that have been left by their fathers and mothers due to prostitution and lack of resources. 

Our dream is to provide health opportunities in our local communities, while raising awareness and stopping malnutrition; providing food and water resources to these children in Guatemala. 

We started "Faith N Fitness," a virtual fitness program to help support health needs, including personal coaching, live fitness classes, meal plans, nutrition support, daily devotionals, and more. We then take a portion of each monthly membership to sponsor one of these children in Guatemala.
